If you cancel a subscription, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AdTech365 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service or use it to develop a competing product.
All content, software, code, designs, data, trademarks, and other intellectual property provided in connection with the Service are owned by AdTech365 or its licensors. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.
If you submit or upload content (e.g., audience segments, creative assets, campaign data), you retain ownership of that content. You grant AdTech365 a license to host, use, copy, display, and distribute such content to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and any compliance with applicable laws.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any laws or regulations,
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights,
Upload harmful or malicious content,
Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users’ access.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or other policies, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You remain responsible for all fees and obligations incurred before termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ADTECH365 DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ACCURACY OF CONTENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADTECH365 AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (IF ANY).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdTech365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, fines, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction] without regard to conflict of laws principles. Except for small claims matters, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
